About the cottages:
The new cottages will be located on a beautiful ridge located on the eastern side of Kendal’s 85 acre campus. Situated slightly above the main building, the views from all angles are spectacular. New cottage designs are open and bright with attention given to comfortable living space, front porches and ample storage.
- 1750 sq.ft cottages with 2 bedrooms, den, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage and optional sunroom. (5 available)
- 1500 sq.ft cottages with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 car garage (optional 2 car) and optional sunroom or den. (15 available)
- 1400 sq.ft duplex cottages with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 car garage and optional sunroom. (10 available)
Timelines, floor plans and pricing will be available at the time of the informational sessions.
How the new priority list works:

- During the exclusive period, waitlist members can secure priority on the new list by providing Kendal with a $2500 fully refundable deposit by April 1. (Forms will be available at the informational sessions. You may also contact the marketing department for the paperwork.)
- Your spot on the new priority list correlates to your spot on the current waitlist.
- After April 1, those interested are added to the new priority list for cottages on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Once the list is fully established, the marketing office will go down the list one by one and the reservation process for specific cottages will begin.
