National Healthcare Decisions Day will kick off with a 20 minute presentation at 10:00am focusing on advanced healthcare planning. Cathy Lewis, Kendal at Lexington and Michelle Jones, Rockbridge Area Hospice will be presenters.
Throughout the morning and afternoon, you are encouraged to visit our information stations on DNR’s, the 5 Wishes Advance Directive and the Virginia Advance Directive.
Staff will be available to answer questions and refreshments will be served.
